NO – I was in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and there are a lot of these people living there. When I first went up there I saw a lot of stores for PASTIES. I was pretty confused and though they must really like strippers or have not gotten cable yet and the girls like to dance. I then found out it was a food. It is like a giant Hostess Pie with meat and potatoes. Pasties are pretty good but not good enough. After you eat one you feel like you have a brick in your stomach.
