The Artic is a mean ass place and will kill you in a heartbeat. If I had my way there would be oil wells every 20 feet. The only caribou left would be stuffed and their heads hanging above oil town bars. Kill the polar bears as well. As I write this I heard on the news that there is a massive rescue going on for a female explorer who was trying to get to the pole alone. Give it up she’s dead. First of all why would she go into the tundra alone? Second who care about a woman going to the North Pole. It’s already been found and we know where it is. Female explores are always coming in 2nd place. It’s kind of like woman's profesional sports. No one watches unless it’s beach volleyball or that young tennis girl. The tennis girl never won a major tournament yet she has made more money that any other female tennis player. I wonder why? Really people, do you think that today’s oil wells are anything like they were back in the Texas and Oklahoma oil boom days? Morons who are against the Alaska drilling are still thinking back to the depression era photos they saw about the oil wells. I lived in California and in the Long Beach harbor there are oil wells. Idiots think they are pretty islands build to enhance the view. There are also wells in Hollywood. Today’s modern oil wells are safe and  practical. The people against it are the ones who have some romantic idea about the Artic. It’s cold and dangerous.                                         NATURE IS ONE MEAN ASS BITCH Look around your house and you will find that almost everything you have was made using some type of machine that was powered by energy from fossile fuel. Our society runs on the stuff and no amount of sappy soft talking serious hippie weenie shit head on some college campus can tell you otherwise.
