Sprint Cell Phones - Besides suck ass service and huge bills, this company is the top ten of screwed up businesses. My wife had a Sprint phone for almost two years. She worked in a larger town and she liked the phone. In the small town where we live, the connections were almost always poor. She did not mind this because it worked in the big town where she used the phone. She left her job and got a new one in a smaller town near us. Her phone never worked in the new area. She decided to cancel Sprint and get a different provider. Sprint charged us an extra $250 to cancel. It seems that six months prior, my wife changed her minutes and they started the 1 year clock over. They never told her that and if they would have, she would not have changed the plan. Besides them being sneaky they do not answer letters and if you call them you get some 18 year old operator that can not do anything other than say they can not do anything.  But they sure can change your contract with out telling you. I am sure in the original contract my wife signed, there is some small legal print that tells you they can do this but I think it is CRAP. It’s a damn toy telephone that no one really needs, except maybe stock brokers or emergency type workers. 99% of the calls people make are trivial and these asshole give you a six page contract. Your not buying a damn house! HEY - SPRINT - “I WILL NEVER PAY THIS BILL - NEVER EVER EVER! I HAVE ALSO PUT AN ADDENDUM IN MY WILL NOT TO PAY YOU SCUM SUCKING PUKES. TAKE ME TO COURT AND EVEN IF YOU WIN I WILL RUN AWAY AND YOU WILL NEVER FIND ME”
