1. Tax the rich.. Do not define “Rich” so you can tax anyone more and say they are rich.
2. Repeal the Child Tax Credit increase. The Kerry administration will take care of the kids.
3. Say and do nothing about the capital gains tax cut. This is where Teresa and John make most
of their money and they want to keep it.
4. Increase fees. The government can rake in tons of cash without calling it a tax increase.
5. Raise the gas tax so people will stop driving big SUV’s. Never mind the fact that John and Teresa
own at least 26 automobiles. They normally have one of their foundations pay for the fuel and if
he becomes President he will have even fewer worries.
6. Repeal the tax deduction for local property tax and home interest. The Democratic congresses have
already cut most deductions for middle income people and they might as well get the rest.
7. Repeal the tax deduction on charitable giving. Historically John Kerry gives nothing to charity.
The exception is last year because he knew that people would look at his returns and he wanted to
run for president. In fact, the money he gave came from the sale of a painting where he paid the
15% capital gains tax. One small thing is that the 15% rate is not applicable to the sale of collectables
but only for people investing in business or property. It was a cut designed to spur the economy.
Kerry says he only followed the advice of his acountant. Just because he votes for the nations laws
does not necessarly means he actually reads them.
8. Do nothing about the tax code. Kerry gets huge contributions from Tax Attorneys and Accounting
firms. In fact he is the most prolific Senator when it comes to taking special interest money.
9. The part of the tax code that allows companies to get tax breaks for moving over sea’s was written
and passed by the Democratically controlled congress in the early Clinton years. Say nothing about
this because John Kerry voted for it. Be very very quiet!
10. Do not tell people that the Federal Government has no objections to anyone actually paying more
than they owe. If people feel that they are not paying enough taxes they can send extra money to
the U.S. Treasury and even earmark it for specific programs. Of course you do not have to do this
as is evident from John’s tax return.

Addition: Do not do anything limiting lawsuits or capping awards. John Edwards made 30 million
dollars in ten years suing Doctors. We all know that Doctors need to be perfect and suing
them, ruining their careers, and driving up malpractice insurance costs is good for America.
The lawyer’s doing this also are the biggest contributers to the Kerry-Edwards campaign.
Besides, these lawyers need this to make tons of cash. There are just not that many rich
widows to go around.
